Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that there’s a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@candccages.co.uk so that we can help. Please inspect your order ASAP and notify us of any issues within 2 days of delivery.

#1 Reason for return: IT’S TOO BIG!

Please measure your space carefully to check it fits. Exact dimensions are shown next to each cage. You can save yourself time and money by reducing your cage to a smaller size if necessary, please email info@candccages.co.uk 

Returns must be received back within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for sending the product back to us. Please ensure you send it on a tracked service. We are not responsible for packages that are returned damaged or lost.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is received back in a sellable condition, you will receive a refund for the products less any shipping charges, discounts given, and restocking fees. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items.

Packing contents for return

IMPORTANT: The contents must be repackaged carefully, as they were received, in order to avoid damage.

GRIDS: Secure the grids tightly with cable ties, string etc. and place in the inner brown box to prevent them damaging the correx.

CORREX: Position the correx with the folded side towards the bottom of the box.

METAL SUPPORT BARS: Wrap with bubble wrap or cardboard and position upright at the end of the box.

RAMP: Place the ramp across the correx at the top of the box.
